Comfortable. Positive: Good size, modern, spacious Negative: Would have liked salt n pepper and kitchen roll. Otherwise fantastic.

A passable place to stay, however would not recommend for families or long term stays. Positive: Great location, private. Negative: Unfortunately we felt left down by the cleanliness of the property, it appeared as though someone was living in there. The property did not look as though it had a thorough clean in some time, with dirty pans, pots and cutlery in the draws. Curtains are very stained. There were few things missing as listed in the property, such as a BBQ, which there were multiple strict instructions to clean if it was used, however one was not present. Things like coffee pods being available etc were also not there.

Great sociable living space opening onto to outdoor deck and seating Positive: Living space well equipped, Stylish and comfortable. Lovely outdoor deck and chairs. Very quiet area and 10 min walk to the square. The communal pool a lovely size, great temp, clean and great seating available. Master bedroom a good size with queen bed. Nice shower and bath. Negative: The second bedroom is quite small with a double bed, more suited to 1 person than 2. Several beautiful mirrors but they are not in ideal position for doing make up, hair etc.

Good Positive: Not applicable, generally the global experience was good. I would note that we did not have phone in NZ, relying on texting and email, had some trouble with email that day, missed a message and had to go through booking.com to get the box combo, no apparent on site hosts, but generally good once we got that sorted Negative: No complaints

Cloud 9 on Tuscan was just what we needed for our girls weekend. Positive: We loved how sunny it was and were able to sit on the deck. It felt homely and was well appointed. Everything we needed was right there. Negative: We were a party of three "older women" friends so the bunk bed arrangement was a little annoying. We made it work though. But it was obvious by the photos what the beds were so it wasn't a surprise.
