great facilities, poor management. Positive: great location and comfort factor Negative: Bath tub left with body hair in it. someone's medication packet left on the floor. washing machine had scum on the door. were given one coffee pod per person per day and no milk, were told to get our own milk. had cooking facilities but had no idea what was there. normally people leave items behind but i think someone takes them home. the internet wasn't turned on and we had to go looking for the modem. one of the side lamps has a dodgy switch, turns off and on when its moved. rang to clarify issue and you felt as if you were in the wrong

Great location, beautiful space

Comfortable. Positive: Good size, modern, spacious Negative: Would have liked salt n pepper and kitchen roll. Otherwise fantastic.

We enjoyed our days at Cloud 9. Very well presented and a place we could relax. Although in a housing estate it felt very private.

A passable place to stay, however would not recommend for families or long term stays. Positive: Great location, private. Negative: Unfortunately we felt left down by the cleanliness of the property, it appeared as though someone was living in there. The property did not look as though it had a thorough clean in some time, with dirty pans, pots and cutlery in the draws. Curtains are very stained. There were few things missing as listed in the property, such as a BBQ, which there were multiple strict instructions to clean if it was used, however one was not present. Things like coffee pods being available etc were also not there.
