Brooklands Cottage - Martinborough’s Award Winning Villa

Lovely cottage, great location and great spa pool Positive: Nice spacious house. Very quiet location. We really enjoyed the spa. Very convenient location, handy to town and wineries Negative: Need new towels

Perfect house for family or friend group and walking distance to Martinborough centre. Positive: This house is well set up for a group - good kitchen and outdoor area with hot tub. The beds were super comfy and the showers were great. Negative: We could have done with a decent dishcloth and more tea towels - one is not enough for a 2 night stay.

Wow Stay Positive: The house was clean, the facilities were everything we needed as a family 🌹close to the centre of town. My daughter was getting married they stayed in the same street and it was in walking distance. Gran baby slept well in the house it can be difficult settling a 3 year old so pleased she slept well in the house. The Spa was a hit disco lights helped with the family. Negative: There was nothing l didn't like or could ask to change

A really convenient and well appointed property. Instantly felt comfortable in the living space. Positive: Location is super convenient to Martinborough, and walking distance to a couple of vineyards. Section is a decent size and the bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and bedrooms are also really functional. Great for a family given the property is set away from the road and has a balcony and lawn. House was well appointed with everything needed for a weekend away. Outdoor area was good for little kids under supervision. Negative: Outdoor furniture and decking could have done with a bit of a hose down to get rid of bird poo and cobwebs. Nothing crazy but seemed like it was missed as part of the clean pre us getting to the property. Lawn also was in need of a mow - though appreciate that there had been a bit of rain over the period.

No hesitation to rebook. Great place. Positive: The house was fabulous - large, spacious, clean, wonderful outside area. Really good. Negative: Spa needed to be emptied and cleaned, Towel rail fell off the wall in the bathroom (non en-suite) but the company / property managers were contactable and responsive so it was all handled very well.
