Great location for exploring Martinborough and bonus swimming pool!
Positive: The location is great for the town, we could walk there for dinner. Easy driving to the vineyards in the Martinborough area. The house had a good layout with a central living area, a spa pool and access to a heated outdoor swimming pool nearby.
Negative: There was a vase of dead flowers left in the kitchen. In this location there is no view of the countryside.

Did not live up to the expectations of the listing, didn’t get what I paid for.
Positive: Location was great and the hot tub was a bonus.
Negative: Few areas that should have been cleaner, plus a few maintenance issues. Did raise these with the property management company who had a very lackluster response. Very disappointed!
