Bronte House

It was definitely a lovely house, but for the money we paid we thought it would have been amazing. Positive: We loved the location and despite being so close to other houses we felt there was enough privacy. There was an instance where we thought the washer was leaking and the management team was quick to respond and brought the extra towels we needed as only one room got towels. Negative: The house was incredibly cold when we arrived and took a long time to heat up. The beds were ok but would not have been comfortable at all if I had to share with someone. The hairdryer didn't work. There are no plugs in the lounge/tv area except behind the TV. We also didn't like that there wasn't a privacy curtain or blinds on the front door to the house which was very open to the lounge and felt strange watching TV at night, a curtain would have also helped keep the heat in.

Comfortable and convenient. Positive: Good facilities and very roomy. Was cold when we arrived mid afternoon but the house warmed up. No electric blanket on one bed but there was one in the wardrobe which we put on.

Exactly as it’s says on the box Positive: Comfortable lounge with a good TV. Kitchen area was comfortable for entertaining. Warmed up well and keeping the doors open the bedrooms warmed up by the heat pumps. Negative: Could have a few more kitchen things. Bathroom needed a better mat was dangerously slippery.

Good location and good size Positive: Great having two bathrooms. Heat pumps were a saver as it was very cold in the house when we arrived Negative: the might need to get some more wine glasses - only 3 in the cupboard
