Paradise on Campbell!

Excellent place for a large group of all ages. Positive: Every thing. Space...facilities...comfort...Quick action from hosts when required. Negative: Hosts initial contact at beginning of stay to see how things are going. Would be nice.

Good weekend away catching up with some friends and family. Positive: Local, convenient for hosting large people. Negative: - There’s no pantry to store your food that you bring over. - No hot water comes out of the sinks in main bathroom and en-suites - Lights don’t work or flicker on and off constantly throughout the house - Outdoor table is broken and old - Milk frother doesn’t work on nespreso machine

Positive: Beds were very comfy and there was heating in every room which was great for the cold weather. Sauna was a great addition to the house and an alternative to the spa. We were travelling with babies so it was good to have lots of room for everyone / didn't feel cramped. Negative: We tried to increase the spa temperature but it didn't go above 30-something, so was too lukewarm for using unfortunately. Wi-fi was a bit slow for a house that size (hosting that many people). Quite a few bugs, but there's not much you can do about that in the Wairarapa.

The property was suitable for us.

Nice property, could do with some maintenance to match the price paid for the property. Positive: Location and beds were great Negative: Looked upkept outside - weeds/dead pot plants/leaves. Dishwasher broke during our stay so we had to wash dishes. Internet wasn't working on arrival & in locked room so had to call Property Manager, This happened twice during our stay. Cobwebs.
