Positive: Stayed for 2 nights during a cold snap. Heat pump kept us toasty and there was an electric blanket on the bed. The pullout couch surprisingly comfortable.

Positive: Location. Negative: Although accessable the stones on the drive not great for a wheelchair. Shower was hard to co tain. No bench space to put things in batbroom but at least this property is trying.
