Overall a lovely place however on arrival the internet working and after many tries, contacted the agent. Solutions were not available. Wasted several hours of first night trying to connect to internet. Owners not available ( as was Christmas Eve) however it was my Christmas Eve also paid for an evening which we couldn’t enjoy. Very disappointing. No further action was taken by the agent. Eventually connection was able to be restored but no information was provided as to the internet provider. The property lacks enough bowls for the kitchen.

Less than expected Positive: Modern and fresh decor Negative: No coffee plunger or coffee machine, no towels, washing machine broken. Shame still issues as I see previous people making same comments.

Disappointed Positive: Modern and clean Negative: There were no towels, no tea towels,no dishcloth, no cleaning products, no bathmat, no tea bags, no promised coffee machine or even a plunger, no sheets to make up the bed in the lounge, couldn't find a lot of crockery then found it in the dishwasher that we had to empty from previous people. We wouldn't have minded so much, but there was NO APOLOGY AT ALL, and it cost almost $1000/ night. I don't recommend, an apology or refund is warranted.

Lovely new house. Clean and warm. Positive: Clean, tidy and close to town. Nice bathrooms. Negative: No coffee plunger or basic kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, oil etc.

Property was new and very clean. The only oroblem was the Television.
