No fireplace use allowed
Negative: No fireplace use was a bit disappointing, freezing cold inside, its winter. Electric heater provided mediocre

Generally comfortable stay in a lovely New Zealand town.
Positive: Nice garden. Easy access for knee problem.
Warm and cosy with sufficient kitchen equipment. Very handy location for town centre and quiet surroundings.
Negative: Mostly very good but toilet seat could be upgraded. There was no information on electrical equipment or refuse collection. Had to call for more info on those things.

great place for a weekend away very clean, spacious everything we needed all bathroom amenities

Negative: Microwave was located ontop of fridge too high for us short people
