Great location and amenities, but the poor cleanliness and cheap kitchenware let the experience down. Positive: The location was fantastic – just a couple of minutes away from the city centre, restaurants, and vineyards, which made everything very convenient. Accessing the property was hassle-free, and there was plenty of living and leisure space. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were great. We really appreciated the good sunlight, the fireplace providing excellent heating, and the modern touches like the double dishwasher and the boiling water tap. The kitchen layout was practical for our short stay. Negative: The overall cleanliness was disappointing. There was a lot of dust around the house, dirt trapped between the couch cushions, and pet nails on the bedroom carpet. The toilet had visible urine stains that hadn’t been cleaned, and the nightstands were dusty. Given the hefty cleaning fee, we expected a higher standard of cleanliness. Additionally, the kitchen amenities felt cheap and mismatched – especially the plastic cups, which felt out of place in an otherwise modern home.

Modern and immaculately presented accomodation with cosy gas fire. Positive: Extremely clean and beautifully furnished/styled. Spacious, modern and an amazing location. We loved the gas fire and hot water tap, great features. Negative: No coffee pods, needed more than two coffee cups (or warm drink cups) and dishwasher tabs not supplied/found.

Couldn’t recommend this place more. We had a lovely family weekend away. The pool was a plus. Positive: Beautifully presented home. Top quality chattels. Lovely and clean everywhere. The kitchen was a dream and had so many extras. The shower was great, huge in size and the pressure was superb. Negative: Needed more towel, only one per person. No good when the girls need to wash their hair. Perhaps more seating in the lounge area. Only a 3 seater couch and a single chair.

Everyone loved the property, it gave us room to spread out.Everything worked well.Unfortunately the weather wasnt good enough for the pool.

Nice house in a quiet area.. There were problemsx with unclean dishes in the cupboards. It seems the dish drawer maybe have been faulty as dishes we put through it also came out less than clean. The manager offered to send someone to wash the which we declined as at first it seemed like just a few things. But as the weekend went on, we found dirty dishes everytime we went to cook our serve food, so fixing it would have been quite a job. We requested a partial rebate of the fee, but only ever got a 'we'll get back to you response'. We also would have appreciated towels in each room. We requested
