Great location with amazing grounds. Positive: The location and landscape were beautiful. Negative: The cleaning and maintenance were lacking.

Needs some love. Positive: The kitchen dining area was great, nice open plan. Kitchen had a good amount of glasses, plates etc. Nice quiet location. Nice bottle of wine left in the fridge. It was nice having an ice maker fridge. Negative: So many flies!! and fly spots, we don't think the property was checked pre arrival. The washing machine did not work, the information in the compendium indicated that it could be tricky so hosts were aware there was a problem. When contacted, they said that as it was Martinborough, it was hard to get anyone to look at it. Fireplace not allowed to be used although it had been and then wasn't cleaned. Keypad seemed to be on the way out, a bit of a knack to use it. The toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom was not attached properly. I think that the fact the bathrooms had narrow access, and low ceilings should be made more aware. Basic supplies ie sugar and salt not available and the milk provided expired on the day we checked in. We thought that for what we paid to stay at the property some basics should have been addressed.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful location. House was lovely and clean and comfortable.

Positive: Huis is prima Negative: Het was vies , vol met dode vliegen En muizen , we hebben de eerste nacht moeten blijven vanwege late aankomst maar bij binnenkomst overal muizen en dode vliegen (honderden ) We zijn de volgende snel vertrokken Ook de code vh slot was verkeerd doorgegeven De afhandeling voor refund was echt buiten proporties slecht Vreselijk arrogant en niet behulpzaam Brrrr
