Cute Character Cottage

We chose not to stay. Positive: Close to shops and restaurants Negative: The cottage was in someone’s back yard looking directly onto the owners house so pictures were very misleading. When we arrived there was a crate full of empty beer bottles outside the gate of the accommodation. We decided not to stay and drove back to Wellington.

Nice spot but missing key items. Positive: The cottage was cute. Negative: It would have been nice to have fresh coffee available to go in the plunger and the cleaner had not left any towels.

Positive: Ein angenehmer Stop zwischen Napier und Wellington. Sehr gute Lage zu den Restaurants. Ruhig, hübsch ausgestattet. Gepflegte Umgebung. Negative: Wir haben die Waschmaschine zwar nicht genutzt, aber wenn schon mit Waschmaschine, dann sollte auch ein Trockner dabei sein...

Fantastic , cosy and quiet Positive: Place was very warm and cosy, comfy couches and beds, had all amenities we needed. Loved the fire! Negative: Hadn’t realised no off street parking so my husband pulled out of trip As no where to safely park his Harley.

We had a very enjoyable, warm, and comfortable stay and would use this property again. Positive: It was warm when we arrived. and it was cosy and comfortable and contained everything we needed for our stay. Negative: There was confusion with the lockbox code - I had been sent two different codes in two different emails and I only picked up on the first, which was an old code. My fault for not picking it up, although it could have been communicated a little better. However, the person from the front property had spare keys let us in and sorted the code out for us. He was very helpful.
